Welcome to Severn Regional Training!
With the changes to the RCOG Curriculum and ePortfolio, there is no longer a requirement for ARCP to attend 5 RTDs annually. To meet the annual requirements for the ePortfolio, the recommendation from the Head of School is that you should aim for 50 hours of 'teaching' a year, whether that be live or recorded online seminars, eLearning, attendance at face-to-face local teaching, departmental meetings such as M&M meetings, or conference attendance. Evidence for your ePortfolio may include certificates of attendance, reflections on sessions attended, or other evidence of learning.

Please contact your local Unit Representative or [email protected] if you would like to organise a regional teaching session. Please be aware that the guidance from HEE says the majority of teaching should be online. If you would like your session to be held face-to-face, you will need to complete a risk assessment; please contact us for a copy. Further information on how to organise a regional training day, including using MS teams can be found below.
